Video footage of the unboxing is required as proof of damage. The video should clearly show the package being opened and the damaged product inside.
Without unboxing video proof, damage-related return or refund requests may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless received in damaged condition).
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or after delivery.
Refunds & Replacements:
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
